“入住的两天内wifi幾乎都無法联结，必須到大廳查看電郵，向櫃台反應也無法改善，只告知是整体性的問题，過两個星期就會全面改善。另外结帳時金額多算了41美元，我主动發現後櫃台人員才設法解決。”
