“Excellent room and bathroom. My room had a shared balcony with nice view. Location from city center is not close and the bad thing is that there is no pavements on the last 300m to the hotel (just grass).”

“There was no heat in our room! We were not told before we checked in that there was no heat. It was 50 degrees during the day and 40 degrees at night. When we called the receptionist, Rita, she said that the heaters weren't working in any of the rooms, and that they had called a technician but he still had not come. Also, the "breakfast" was only yogurt and pastries; cookies or croissant. We had to wait for the receptionist to come to request coffee, and had to ask for a second cup of coffee; no……
