“Location is good, just 5 mins walk from the San Giovanni metro station. Room is large enough and mostly clean, but the room is not soundproof. Light breakfast is included with croissant, toast and drinks. The receptionist helped us to look for lost clothes in the garden which was must appreciated. Thank you.”

“B&B ideally located about 10 minutes walk from Metro and 25min by walk from Colosseum within a very nice neighborhood. Within 5 min walking distance there are plenty of shops and restaurants. Rooms are very individual, more like a homestay but all in all very nice, comfortable and clean. Host is very nice and supportive in any regards. Communication with host was also very reliable and convenient. All in all: Price versus value was very very good! ”

“It is a great place with the good price. The neighborhood is also convenient and quiet. The only problem I have is the check in experience was a bit confusing because there was no one waiting for me at the reception and I phoned them but didn't get the proper help or person I need to talk to. After a while, the person who can speak English answered my text and the father of the owner showed up and assisted me with check-in, he is a nice person. Thus, I highly recommend to remind the hotel before……

“This was the first place we stayed on our trip and Renato was very helpful. He was a great host, providing helpful information and was very available and friendly. The included breakfast was very good. Overall the room was small but adequate for our needs. Location is about 15 minutes walk from the most popular attractions and just a couple minutes from public transportation. ”
