“The location is very good, but the air conditioning didn't work very well in such the hot weather”

“飯店距離競技場僅三分鐘路程，從飯店門口即可看到。還有許多景點都可在半小時到四十五分鐘內步行得到。裝潢非常有特色，不過房間可是非常小而美的。如果帶大件行李可能不方便展開來。”

“We stayed for 2 nights prior to departing for a cruise. Loved the location and that you can see the top of the Colosseum from the balcony. Quiet street. Easily walking distance to food, gelato, bars, etc. Private bathroom. 2 entrances onto balcony. Would definitely stay here again! ”

“The hotel itself is nicer than it seems it is online. The front desk is available 24 hours, which is rare for Italy. They let us check our bags at 9 am and check in at 10- which is super nice. There are no elevators and they don’t help you bring up your bag, so be prepared to carry your bag to the third floor . However, the room was nice and the bathroom was too. The location is incredible!!! It’s loud at night, but what do you except for being in such a prime location? Definitely recommend ”

“Positive; It was in a good location and we could walk to landmarks easily by walking, so very convenient. The size of apartment was good. Good communication with property managers. Very clean, free drinks in the fridge ( very good refreshments in the arrival) washing machine. Parking off street was good and reasonable price. Negative: no lift ( elavator) ”

“This apartment is only a block and half from the Coliseum. A great neighborhood for dining and walking to nearby sites. The apartment was roomy, but not for people with mobility issues. First floor had a bedroom and down a spiral staircase was the bathroom, sitting area and kitchenette. If you can handle the spiral staircase it is a real find close to the coliseum. Believe other rooms were on one floor. ”

“Room was good, no fan in bathroom. Breakfast was ok, staff at restaurant was not very welcoming. Was charged extra $ for accidental miss count on guests, Expedia must have reset count to 1 when I booked and I didn’t notice until I arrived, front desk said it would be additional $60 charge…then brought down to $30…even though room was same room (they did have to make pull out bed is all). Also be aware of that there are extra charges for tourist tax…not included in price here or disclosed on……
