“Staff was friendly and accessible when needed. All facilities (room, gym, pool, elevators, lobby, etc.) were kept clean and tidy. For the most part, the building was pretty quiet, especially during nighttime hours. Conveniently located very near to a couple of quick food options, and within a very reasonable drive to Lakewood for more trendy options, plus not far from downtown Cleveland. Very conveniently located for all of the things we wanted to do. ”
