“I have stayed here many times over the last six or seven years as my kids live in the area. I originally chose this location because they allow dogs for $25 a night. I have never had a bad experience, they offer a hot breakfast and there's great dining options close by. There's also plenty of area to walk my dogs. The staff has always been friendly and I can tell you many of them have been there for years as I recognize them when I return. I feel this facility is a great value for the money.”

“From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff made me feel genuinely welcomed—MJ is incredibly friendly, helpful, and went out of her way to accommodate anything I needed. The room was spotless and well-maintained, and every part of the property felt clean and cared for. I was also really impressed with the food and drinks—everything I tried was delicious, with great service to match. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!”

“This is an old property with charm. The walkways to rooms shows its age but lobby, pool, and rooms are updated. Across the street from several dining options. Hotel breakfast was very good. ”

“Stayed for a quick staycation in Phoenix, the Kimpton fit the bill. The lobby was busy but nice and the staff were VERY helpful and friendly. There was an incident with the pool staff waitress but we ignored it and chalked it up to her being young and inexperienced. The rooftop pool was nice but we didn't like that non-residents could reserve pool chairs ALL DAY regardless if they showed or not disallowing hotel residents the opportunity to enjoy the poolside.
