“The one bedroom condo was great. A little dated in carpeting etc. Beds comfy and nice bathroom . Two pools and the restaurant and bar were closed and not disclosed at time of booking. Zero housekeeping services for three days. Called front desk, and they said that that was “odd”. The resort is in a good location with access to other restaurants and shopping, groceries etc. ”

“Stayed for a quick staycation in Phoenix, the Kimpton fit the bill. The lobby was busy but nice and the staff were VERY helpful and friendly. There was an incident with the pool staff waitress but we ignored it and chalked it up to her being young and inexperienced. The rooftop pool was nice but we didn't like that non-residents could reserve pool chairs ALL DAY regardless if they showed or not disallowing hotel residents the opportunity to enjoy the poolside. “Phenomenal experience. Had an issue from third party booking sight. Front desk manager fixed it immediately. Quick check in process pool a resort is amazing. Whole hotel was very kid friendly. Well worth the money spent for the time being there. ”

“I LOVED everything about this hotel, it was amazing from the moment driving in to the moment driving out. I will be posting a full review on TikTok soon (paris.302), but if you're doing a solo trip or want to get away with a spouse this would be a great place. The location is spot on and it's relatively 10-15mins away from a lot of places. ”
