“This apartment was one of the highlights of our recent trip to CDMX.We've visited the city previously, but it was our first time staying in the Polanco neighborhood, and the apartment is sooo well-located. Friendly, professional, 24-hour doormen/security (24hr was surprising given I believe there are only 8 apartments).Often, you wonder if a unit will live up to the photos, and this apartment absolutely does. “The unit was perfect for a longer stay with friends of two weeks while working with remotely. A plethora of restaurants, bars, galleries and shops are right out the door. We took several tours and hot air balloon trip that met up right by the building. Everything was so convenient and easy. ”

“Overall, I recommend staying here. The place is clean and well located. Roma Norte is a lovely neighborhood. There a several places to buy groceries, some great restaurants and an abundance of cafés. The apartment is on the first floor, and although it was spacious and had a small veranda, there was little natural light. It didn’t matter to us, as we were out all day enjoying the city. The veranda is also indoors, with a skylight 4 stories up. The apartments above us had windows and walkways……

“No tiene elevador. Tomen en cuenta esto pues tendrán que subir 4 pisos con equipaje. Si cuentan con buen estado de salud sin problema. Las cortinas dejan pasar toda la luz. Se podría mejorar eso para descansar ”

“Great 3 bedroom condo. Great view. Flooring needs to be replaced but overall a great stay. We would do it again. No air conditioning. Condo gets warm in the afternoons but the blinds help keep the place cool. Nights are very cool with the windows open. Lots of traffic noise but it didn't bother us.”
