“They have recently updated the floors/rooms. They are very nice, clean, and comfortable. Short 10 min uber to the action. We always consider Hotel Preston for a more affordable place to stay.”

“We loved this spot! They’re older apartments that have been renovated for guest stays. Loved the full kitchen! Our only notes… the building is not air conditioning, there are units in each room. Our unit was in the living room, but none in the bedroom so it was a little stuffy in there. There is a fan in there but it is small… and overhead fan would be ideal. There is no TV in the bedroom and the bathroom is not in the room but around the hall… nothing that would knock down the rating, just……

“Great location with a great vibe, including live music in the lobby bar/restaurant. The only negative was there there is construction going on that was never noted on in the hotel information or via a message. Elevator lobby covered in a construction mat and got stuck in an elevator Coming down that took me only to an exit door, had to leave building and come back in around the corner. We’d definitely consider a stay here again for the location alone ”
