“It was fine. Room stayed cool and beds were comfortable enough. But the bathroom floor was noticeably dirty when we arrived. We were there for 5 nights, and our room (AND my travel companion's room) was only cleaned ONCE--on our last day, and the bathroom floor was still dirty. We had to go to the front desk twice during our stay for clean towels and toilet paper. I'll still give it a decent rating, but the hotel definitely needs to get with the program.”

“What a treat my family had! It’s our first time in Nashville and the view of the property is amazing. I’m from a small town so when I say amazing it is. “This was a great stay, it has a gym, comfy bed and clean rooms, walkable and conveniently located. Although I did check out earlier than planned…I just realized that I cannot stay at hotels that accommodate pets because I didn’t know it but I will have allergies to pet dander that blows through the ac vents. “From the impeccably clean rooms to the outstanding customer service, this place was top notch! We had two little kids and they accommodated early check in which allowed them to nap and made our stay that much better. The place is gorgeous and the location couldn’t be any better.
