“酒店員工100分, 環境十分好! 但出了一個小問題, 計算地方稅時把小朋友的金額也計進去了, 收到帳單後上星期已傳電郵查詢但仍未得到回覆, 希望能盡快得到跟進, 謝謝!”

“A very clean, safe, nice neighborhood, close to Metro Anatole France. The hotel is trendy and staff is polite, love the brand of hotel supplies they choose, all very luxurious. Bed is also very comfortable. Only shortcoming is can't open the window (or maybe we didn't figure out how to), and the showeroom door can't close properly, the shower drain was clogged too. Otherwise is all perfect. We had a pleasant stay, and will definitely come back.”
