“As a former Senior F/A of 19 years and a Hotel Reviewer for Travel Impressions. I was hesitant to rate this hotel with a 5 star only for the disappointment that the restaurant was closed during my stay for cleaning and maintenance. Also, when I arrived the lady at the front desk appeared to be taken back (attitude) that I request clean towels daily during my stay. At the end of my stay, I could not help to rate this hotel a 5 star for several above and beyond the care of the average hotel……
