“Place was cute and cozy. We had six people (2 adults/ 2 teens/ 2 kids) and it was just right for our family as a home base as we left everyday for Dollywood/National Park/Gatlinburg. We mostly stayed out most of everyday. Only thing is if you have a larger family and want to stay in, the living room seating isn’t enough with 1 chair and 1 sofa, but if your like us and out most of the time or sitting on the back porch- the living room seating doesn’t matter. Bears. Lots of bears our week all……

“I took my 16 yr old daughter and her best friends for a weekend stay in May. The teens had a blast in the arcade room hanging out and playing pool and video games. There were no issues finding the house or getting into the driveway in my loaded down CRV. The owners sent excellent directions. If it was wintertime, I would have needed four wheel drive, I think. We didn’t see any bears on the property. The beds were comfy and we all slept well. It’s an older home which we loved and we found it so……
