“Overall the hotel was clean, staff was friendly, and the room was very spacious. Breakfast was delicious. Room smelled musky and so did the towels and sheets. Since we arrived late at night, we asked for fresh towels and sheets the next morning but the room still smelled. ”

“Property was under renovations. Looking forward to the renovated rooms. My A/C unit made the room smell like mold.”

“Our HVAC system went out and we called the desk clerk, we had to change rooms and then that room was so cold. Finally got tolerable during the night. We only booked the one night. It was a new hotel so I guess it has some cliches to work out. ”

“Staff and service were really nice. I received a notice a few hours before arriving that one of my rooms were no longer available. Accommodations of a handicap king suite with a roll away bed was provided and accepted from a reservation 2 queen suite with a pull out sofa.. (needed comfortable space for 3 people…not sharing a bed). I guess that works. Would have provided a 5 if room requested was a available… and/or if a discount was provided”
