“This hotel offers pros and cons: Pros: Lots of hydration, all the water you can drink and a fridge to keep it cold loved that! The location is amazing! The housekeeping staff and bell men were great. Cons: Cannot check in till 4pm. I was told over and over again that I could come back and maybe the room would be finished. The lobby is dark and uncomfortable. It was not fun to get there and have to just sit and wait for the room to be clean and I did not see any urgency from the front desk to……

“Expedia VIP showed that there was a bottle of free red wine, but there was no one in the room. When I asked them, they said that there was no more, and we could drink a glass of free red wine at the bar. When I asked them again after going out, they offered us a bottle of red wine they found for me. The hotel staff is very friendly”

“We loved our stay. Our dog felt right at home. The free fresh coffee is a really nice touch. Ansel the puppy and his mom were so sweet. The restaurant was fantastic, I’ll be craving those empanadas forever! We will definitely be back. The room was very nice and clean. The only issue we had was the bed being too firm for our liking, but that’s a personal preference. ”
