“Extremely poor customer service. Upon arriving in Venice, we requested locker storage for our luggage, but the staff was unhelpful and even hung up on me. They refused to answer my five follow-up calls but picked up on my partner’s first attempt. Once they realized it was me again, they ignored my partner as well.
