“We had a very comfortable stay. Our room was warm and looked newly decorated and very well equipped.. The bedding and bathroom were very clean and staff were lovely. The breakfasts were wonderful and cooked beautifully. A 15min walk into town for us seniors. Would recommend this establishment. thank you”

“The location was pretty nice, being central to the Bury St. Edmunds town center. The location of the room was very difficult to find because the navigation apps we used put us far away from the actual room. We luckily found a mailman who took us to the right location. Other than that, the room was alright and comfortable enough. I’m not too sure it was entirely worth the cost, but it was alright. I’ll say 7/10.”

“This hotel is one we've been to 3 times now. I have a bit of a mixed review. The room was lovely, clean, good quality towels/bedding and very comfortable. We felt a little bit cold despite the radiator being on 5, so I asked the lovely lady on morning reception for some extra blankets. She said she'd get on to this.
