“Great hotel, great staff ”

“環境清幽，食物美味，接待人員彬彬有禮，有問必答。可惜房間在地面一層，又面向外街，天氣熱時，由於房內沒有空調，故未能打開窗戶透氣，單靠兩座風扇，有點悶熱。網絡接駁時常中斷。”

“The staff and hotel were lovely and the location was great for what we needed. Although it was very lovely and quiet at night, We did struggle to sleep comfortably as the mattress was quite springy and uncomfortable and the pillows for myself personally were either too soft or hard and big but that is a personal preference and you cannot please everyone. The rooms themselves were both lovely that we had booked. A double and a family room both lovely rooms.We did have a powercut to our room which……

“A business trip and had a commercial meeting at ESSAX suite, everything was well! Service was nice, restaurant offers typical British breakfast. Only a problem, the air conditioner will be re-set to the low temperature randomly. ”

“Great food at dinner and breakfast however the room was freezing cold as hotel have not turned heat in yet . Portable radiator in room was on high the entire stay. Little things such as toilet running all night , heated towel rail broken. Could stay again IF other rooms had heat. ”
