“After you get off from the train station, take the boat to San Zaccaria stop and it takes around 45 min and then by walking 10 min to arrive the hotel. Not difficult to find if you are opening the google map. Near the main tourist attractions by walking around 5 min, The view in the room is also nice. The breakfast is good and the staff is nice. The room is comfortable and large.”

“房間的熱水跟溫度很好，飯店離碼頭只有5分鐘的距離且只需過一個橋，不用提行李上下。因環保因素不提供洗髮精與牙膏牙刷。 當天我們被安排在櫃臺旁的無障礙房間，聽的到櫃臺人員打噴嚏的聲音...而我們的房間早在去年9月即訂房，而不是候補進去的。 另因房間wifi收訊很差，故請櫃臺協助處理wifi無法連線的問題，櫃臺只進來晃了一圈，說他手機的收訊很好就走了...請他協助更換房間也被置之不理，覺得很沮喪。”

“Absolutely beautiful location, overlooking the San Marco square and Basilica Marco Close to many eateries, wine bars and water taxis. The apartment was fabulous. Had a private sauna , jacuzzi bath and two separate bedrooms, kitchen area and breakfast served in your apartment. Impeccably clean with lovely toiletries, fluffy towels. Cons: …..minor details and no impact on the stay specifically… reception staff not the most hospitable, barely looked up at us , just said passports .. no hello or……

“Very friendly Staff”

“Good location, nice staff, clean and comfortable room. The breakfast is satisfied. Althogh the price is no cheap, it's a good choice to stay near the hottest scenic spots in Venice. However, the materials in the ketchen sink were not clean. We cleaned all the cups, plates, goblets, and the electric kettle by ourselves before use. The wifi is very slow in the room, but is okay in the reception room as well as in the dining room.”
