“limited hotel services, much like basic business hotel, tooo bad that the lift to car park was not in service during my stay, I need to walked through stairs with my working stick (I have some problems with my legs)”

“住宿地點處在鬧區的巷子內，人煙較少但還算方便，入住時要走到另一個巷子去找櫃台，不太方便。房間很大很精美非常棒的空間!但入住時須支付200英鎊的訂金，不知道何時會退還，這點令我有點擔憂。其他方面都很完美。”

“Really lovely stay! Clean and peaceful apartment with access to gym, lounge area etc. However, finding the location was difficult and could have been explained better in the check-in email”

“I can not rate this hotel and my stay enough. I do a lot of travelling with work and stay at a lot of hotels - including the Malmaison in Manchester Deansgate only a few weeks ago. The hotel is ideally situated close to the train station and at the heart of the city so walking around and getting connection is very easy. The hotel is pleasant and to a good decent standard but what really sets this hotel apart is the fantastic hotel staff who are exceptional. Bringing that Leeds and West Yorkshire……

“Very comfortable, well presented and well equipped apartment. The only small issue is the mould/mildew in the shower area which we appreciate may be down to the use of eco friendly products but it does spoil the presentation of the shower area”
