“Had a great stay at the Best Western Lancashire Manor Hotel recently. It’s a really convenient base if you’re visiting the North West – just off the motorway, with plenty of parking and easy to find. The rooms are clean and comfortable, especially for a three-star hotel, and everything was kept to a high standard throughout my four-night stay. There were a few minor hiccups – I’d booked a king bed but, like many hotels, it was two singles joined together. Normally this comes with a topper to……

“A small dining room but elegantly decorated, high-class just the English breakfast. Location a few blocks from the police station and in middle of a vibrant town. Best are the staffs who are kind, helpful and professional.”

“A nice and convenient place near the town centre. The room is clean, tidy,large enough and equipped with kitchen ware for cooking. Reception is excellent.”

“Was a short stop before I travelled by ferry, checked in late, had clear instructions from the owner, great communication. Room was really spacious, very comfortable bed and pillows. Included robes to use and a large bath sheet, which if you stay at hotels regularly you’ll appreciate! Really impressed overall with the booking, far nicer than I expected. Great area too. Safe, quiet and close to anything you might need”

“房間寬敞、床睡得很舒適、屋主很友善，很樂意為住客解答問題，樓梯及走廊都有現役和前利物浦球員以及名宿的照片，如果身為利物浦球迷值得花時間一看，附近有大型超級市場，晚上要「補給」也很方便(開到午夜十二點)，早餐的款式亦算多，要留意的是房間沒有冷氣，但以英國的氣溫來說，沒有冷氣都還算可以。唯一缺點是位置較遠離市中心，出入要行一段約10分鐘的路到火車站再轉乘火車到市中心，而且班次不太密(尤其是星期日)，出入要預留多些交通時間。”
