“I booked this hotel for my dad and step-mother and I spoke with the staff on two occasions to try to get an early check in. Both times, the staff were so nice and professional. My dad had nothing but good things to say about this hotel- quiet and safe neighborhood, great areas to chat with friends while he was in town, and clean! Right next to a grocery store as well which can be handy. Will be reserving a room here for myself or family in the future!”

The room was clean, the atmosphere was quiet and safe, and the bed was comfortable — exactly what we needed. Breakfast in the morning was surprisingly good, with a nice variety to choose from. The whole place felt well-kept and welcoming. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone passing through Springfield.”
