“Stayed here 3 nights and was a great room and nearby places. My colleague had a chance to walk to the theatre to see a show. Neighborhood a tad unsafe at night but manageable ”

“Está súper lindo el hotel. Solo tuvimos un par de días que no hicieron la limpieza en la habitación. Fuera de eso el desayuno está delicioso. El personal es muy amable. La habitación tiene una cocineta con todo lo necesario. Regresaría muchas veces más a ese hotel. ”

“連續住三晚，只有第一天有附上瓶裝水。其中一瓶的瓶蓋還是已經打開有使用過的痕跡。對於這部分有點扣分！”

“Lovely find”

“入住前有詢問接送事宜，但可惜因為時差，無法有效溝通。入住手續單純迅速，房間大且乾淨，一開始以為燈光有問題，人員很快就來幫忙，房內的廚房很方便使用，可以自己簡單用點吃的。住宿一切都完美，只是隔壁房客實在很吵，半夜三點都還有吵雜聲，聽清潔人員說是辦結婚的人，因為我們是商務旅行，長途飛行後需要睡眠，但晚上常常被打擾到，甚至還被亂敲門，無法安穩休息。”

“The shower pressure is extremely low, the fan coil is extremely noisy, and the curtain cannot be fully closed. Avoid north-facing rooms. They have a strange layout and a building view about 3 meters away. I will not stay in this hotel again!”

“We arrived at the hotel at around 4pm but we still need to wait for our room since it was not ready. As we would take the train to Cleveland next night, we chose this hotel as it was only 20-minute walk to the train station. We store the luggage at the reception after check-out. After counting the total no. of luggage and giving us a card, our luggage was placed in the lobby but not in a room. I stayed there to watch my luggage for a very long time before I was at ease.”

“Me hospede unos días con mi familia en el Hotel Renaissance Downtown Chicago y la pasamos sensacional. El hotel tienen una excelente ubicación ya que alrededor están los canales, se puede caminar y hay muchas tiendas y restaurantes en la zona. El personal es muy amable y atento, sobre todo los meseros en el restaurante que se esmeraban por atendernos y darnos tips para nuestro recorrido por Chicago. En general, el Lobby del hotel, el Bar, Restaurante y áreas comunes están muy bien. Los cuartos……

“This hotel is very well-situated, immaculately clean and comfortable. The staff is welcoming, efficient and professional—special shout out to Juan and the rest of the breakfast staff at Hoyt’s. The only things I did not like about the hotel were the lack of room service, the rain shower-type shower head (which makes it challenging to take a shower when you don’t want to wash your hair) and certain of the characteristics of the breakfast choices (a la carte breakfast is served at Hoyt’s, portions……
