“One of the good ones in every sense of the word! Somewhat outside of Abingdon itself but really easy to get to from the Main Street. Quiet, very clean, very helpful and nice staff, some absolutely beautiful views all around the place. A very enjoyable Mexican restaurant very close by, delicious food with great prices. I would love to stay here again any time, seriously.”

“This is an amazing old building. They managed to modernize without getting rid of the charm, including original floors. The room was large, but cozy. Instead of your typical hotel room, the decor and finishes really make it feel homey. The staff was great. We let them know we would be checking in quite late, and even though they didn't have an overnight desk person scheduled, the guy at the desk stayed until we got there at 2 a.m. The attached Mexican restaurant was delicious. “Well kept rental property, clean and well taken care of. Having several properties on a mountain sides this guy does a great job with upkeep and maintenance. The hike to the falls is great just stay close to the river and you will find the trail. Close to downtown yet far enough away for peace and to leave work and life behind. ”

We loved how close it was to the creeper trail and restaurants etc. The carport was great as we had brought our trailer with bikes.
