“I liked how comfortable the beds were and the convenient bathroom. I didn’t like the stains on the curtain and it was a little dirty, the mini fridge was extremely dirty.”
“This is probably the best hotel in the Harvard Square area: great location, clean room, nice services and fantastic pool/fitness center. The breakfast on the ground floor is also first class. The only thing that can be improved is the cleaning of the room doesn’t seem very thorough, and I expect more for a hotel like this. But all in all, this is definitely my first choice should I ever visit Cambridge/Boston again in the future.”
"The location of your hotel is quite good, and the two Chinese staff members at the front desk were polite and helpful. However, the room had a strong musty smell, which affected our experience.
We checked out on the morning of the 19th, and it has been three days, but our deposit has still not been refunded. During our stay, we also spent one night at another hotel, and their deposit was refunded to us the very next day.
