“What a fantastic place. If you are going to Silverstone you won’t get a better place to stay. Secure parking at the back of the pub for your bike, ten minutes from the circuit and super friendly staff. “Despite all the information you have about the location accommodation, I found it very difficult to locate. However when I finally arrived, the host was very welcoming and the accommodation was very warm. The only thing I noticed was that there were invoices from probaly a previous occupant in one of the bedroom drawers and some earpods left in the lounge. Maybe their cleaner needs to be more vigilant.”

“We arrived at 17:45 on the Sunday, to find that the kitchen closed at 18:00. We had just walked 14 miles as part of our Grand Union Canal walk for Yorkshire Cancer Research. The staff were very accommodating and we were well fed! The shock was when we received the receipt for the meals and a few beers and a 10% service charge had been added. We were not asked whether we wanted to pay that. Given the circumstances, we would probably have agreed to it, but it would have been nice to be asked. ”

“Stayed here to be close to Silverstone circuit for Moto GP. Did the job, 15 minutes to the circuit. Room clean, bed comfy, hot shower. Communal areas really need cleaning up and decorating. Not a good impression! Glad room was better!”

“We have stayed at the Hopping Hare a few times. It is a great pub, the food is very good, and the staff are very helpful. We would recommend the Hopping Hare to anyone. Only down side is getting to the rooms can be a little tricky - narrow passage ways and stairs.”
