“It’s been a few years since I’ve stayed here and now it’s under new ownership. They’ve remodeled the rooms and bathrooms. Very nice, comfortable bed, nice towels, comfortable pillows, and very roomy. Tried to check in early per a text that I received offering it however once I arrived it I wasn’t able to which was disappointing. “5 stars for convenience, atmosphere, room aesthetics. 1 star for parking. The parking situation is VERY tight and not enough of it on the hotel grounds. The hotel charges $25 a night to park, however, if you aren’t lucky to get a tiny parking space you have to park on the street with a parking meter, which isn’t fair if you are being charged $25 already for parking. ”

“When we arrived at around 1pm, I asked front desk if we can check in earlier, they said no room available at the moment, told me to come back at around 2.30pm, so we came back at 2.30pm, they said they’re still cleaning the room, told us either waiting at the lobby or they contacted us when the room is ready, so we chose wait at the lobby. Eventually we only can check in at 3.30pm, they even didn’t apologize for the delay. Also they only provides valet parking for $25, actually we managed to……
