“Tricky hotel ! I pay 170 euro to upgrade the room but the first night I stay the temperature like sauna ! The air conditioner doesn’t work and the secondary I fount the filters all dust ! More ridiculous is my friend visit me and no use extra towel and bed they charge me 130 euro more ! I feel like tricked There is more good quality and better hotel around with reasonable price ! It turn down my feeling for such great island ! A bad experience in my life !!! ”

“Das Report liegt ca 5 min vom Strand und es gibt etliche Einkaufsmöglichkeit , Bars und Restaurants. Parkplätze waren ausreichend vorhanden. Das Appartement ist sehr liebevoll und praktisch eingerichtet.Es hat alles was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Personal war sehr freundlich und es kam täglich eine Reinigungskraft vorbei. Es liegt sehr zentral und ist sehr ruhig man bekommt vom Trubel nichts mit Wir waren sehr zufrieden ”

My comments to improve is that apartment could have been overall cleaner... the cutlery o silverware could have more options and the apartment has space for a dishwasher”

“I like the location with easy access to Yumbo and a few nice dining areas. The property had limited parking but street parking always available and free. It was off season so very quite and adults only was a bonus. The breakfast was good but repeated everyday so could only have for a couple mornings. Rooms very clean and spacious”

“Non mi era chiaro dalla descrizione, las pitas, Orchidea e un altro del gruppo Grupptel sono la stessa struttura. Las pitas si trova un po' più in alto e può risultare scomodo per una rampetta di scale, ma si sta veramente bene e si è vicinissimi alla strada dove posteggiare. Il personale è stato gentilissimo, soprattutto una signora delle pulizie che ogni giorno ci salutava e ha anche regalato dei cioccolatini ai miei bambini. Se vi capita l'appartamento con giardino è bello spazioso”

“Poolen är uppvärmd till 23-24 grader men det känns kallt. På eftermiddagen är hela poolområdet i skugga men på taket är det sol. Trevligt med havsutsikt från balkongen med morgonsol. Ingen bar eller restaurang men det finns flera i närheten. Trevlig personal. Parkering finns. Poolhanddukar finns att låna. Luktade lite fukt i sovrummet, vet inte om det var pga närheten till havet. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were fantastic. The rooms could use a little love. An upgrade to the bathroom, painting of the weeks etc. but still really enjoyed our time”

“Really lovely hotel, made event better by the staff. They were attentive, friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Very clean and modern pool area. Food was lovely with a wide choice at every meal.”

“The hotel was extremely kids friendly. The buffet was kids friendly and the staff was lovely. There are only some minor things I think that could have improved our stay. Mid week the diner times changed which was slightly inconvenient. Diner got very hectic as there were lots of families at the same time. ”
