“Je suis venu à l'hotel Kyriad pour 2 nuit avec une collègue suite à un séminaire. L'équipe d'accueil est très agréable souriant et accueillant, les chambres sont très propre et bien entretenues ! Peut-être juste un petit point qui pourrait être rectifié, il manque dans la salle de bain une brosse à toilette et une bonde pour retenir l'eau, ce qui éviterait le gaspillage d'eau quand on se rase. “We were allocated with a room for disability on ground floor while we have not booked or requested for such type of a room during the booking. It is a bit strange to live on the ground floor as the room is next to the dining area of the hotel. Also, the room was stuffy with an unpleasant smell, the toilet was even worst as there was bad smelling from the drains. The smell lasted for whole night and we have to cover our nose everytime when we get into the toilet. This is absolutely unacceptable.……
