“The location was excellent. The security outstanding. The decor lovely. The service really good until they started ignoring me because they couldn't figure out the wifi issues we encountered. We had it find on day 1 and then not again for the rest of our 5 days. We had to pay more money to extend our personal travel data on our phones x 4 as a result of not getting wifi for the 4 other days. The washer/dryer in the unit should only be used for absolute needs. Its a combined small unit……

“Very convenient to Louvre, Notre Dame, and most of the sites to see. Very eclectic but in a nice way. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I did not get their names but the gentleman on the evening of check in on 4/24/25 and the nice lady on the evening of 4/26/25 were excellent with anything we needed.”

“Great location, few minutes by walk to The Lourve and easy to get to most of the main attraction. Hotel staff was nice especially the staff who serve the breakfast was very helpful. The room was clean and tidy, with some toiletries that not usually offer in other hotel. We had a great experience in this hotel and highly recommend to stay when travelling Paris. ”

“Location is good, nice rooms and good modern design and decor. Tasty and good quality breakfast and good restaurant bar. Best is the staff, both reception and house keeping are wonderfully friendly and helpful. Only drawback is the little shaking sound, I believe may be from the metro. Overall a wonderful experience.”
