“Very disappointed ”

“Very few options in the area so we went with this one. We don’t regret it, but just manage your expectations. My biggest complaint is the tin bedframe where every time I got out of bed there was a “pop” sound- like a gunshot outside the window. I can’t imagine why they went with that material for a bedframe.”

“This was a really great place to stay. We had a mishap at the airport with getting our rental car when we arrived and the hotel helped us by providing an early-morning shuttle to assist in getting us back on track. The staff was friendly and we felt that after a long day of flying and dealing with rental car issues this was a beautiful place to just relax and get our bearings. We were also impressed with the wonderful breakfast provided and the cleanliness of the room! Who doesn't like fresh……

“Located in the quite neighborhood. Nice restaurants within walking distance. Decorations and facilities slightly dated but functional.”

“Mary checked us in right away and was very friendly. Trip to visit Syracuse University so it was a quick trip. Free breakfast including a do it yourself waffle station made check out a breeze!”

“Have stayed here before and have always been impressed. Was disappointed that the hot tub was not functioning (although no fault of the hotel as they had tried to get the unit repaired and the company servicing the hot tub had issues sending a functional part.)”
