“Stayed at the hotel because of its Hotels.com rating and the free perks for silver tier members and up. They have a bar/restaurant and I was supposed to receive $11 in free meals and non-alcoholic drinks. When I checked in the person working the counter made no mention of it, and when asked told me she was not aware of what I was asking about - even though it is right there in the Hotels.com description. Room was very comfortable, spacious and clean. Great walk-in shower that is handicap……
