“My sister's plus one partner and a pup gathered at The Sunrise Cabin for 5 nights to celebrate a 60th birthday. The house and location were perfect for us, providing us a scenic spot to cook and play games together, play in the water, participate in several local activities and to just relax. David was an excellent host. He is very communicative, responsive and is an excellent baker. All of his services were much appreciated by our group.”

“Clean and new smelling cabin. Only issue was the plastic lining on the bed made it difficult to get a full nights sleep. Loud and uncomfortable. Otherwise, the facility is well cared for and has a beautiful view from every direction within the RV resort. ”

“The house was in a great location...it felt very remote yet town was just a few minutes away. The dock was a great place to hang all day. Its nice in the morning facing the sun, and its shaded during the day so it doesnt get too hot. Great spot for kids to play in the river. It was a great trip.”

“The house was well furnished, and the layout was great with gathering space on each floor, with 4 full bathrooms, and with 7 (count' em!) televisions. The kitchen was well-laid out and well-stocked with great cookware and cooking staples. The deck and pool were wonderful gather spots. A trail in the back led to miles of backwoods trails. Access to the Hudson was just across the main road. Enjoy!”
