“We are a group of cyclists in town for The Tour of the Battenkill 2025. The property was absolute perfection. A beautifully restored farm house with lots of barn space for our bikes, we felt so comfortable and welcome there. The house is perfectly appointed with tons of space and comfortable bedrooms. We had two wonderful dinners and sat out on the beautiful patio watching the sunset and reliving the Bike Race of the day.The grounds are exquisitely kept and a morning hike on the property was……

“My 80 yr old mom had not been back to Vermont since 1996, and she loved every minute of our stay here.The farmhouse is quaint and charming and only 20 mins from town. The furniture and accommodations were terrific - my mom could not make it up the stairs, but she was delighted with how comfortable the couch was!This place is a fabulous getaway, and we could not have been happier.”

“The property is very nice, the house clean and well stocked and the owners were responsive. However, there was a terrible bug issue at night. The first night there thousands, yes, thousands of bugs, got in the house. The owner advised that I vacuum them up. I spent at least 2 hours vacuuming the ceiling, cabinets and walls, as bugs dived at my face, up my nose, in my hair, biting at me, to no avail. I finally went to bed and in the morning, most had died and were covering every surface. ……

“Overall, clean, bright, spacious, quiet, upstairs apartment. We would definitely stay again!”

“8 of us came up to Albany from NJ to go to the baseball hall of fame, hit some breweries in Saratoga Springs and Albany, and went to a Valleycats baseball game. We loved coming back to the spacious house and enjoy playing all of the games and billiards, was very relaxing and everything was easily accessible. I’ll absolutely stay here again if I will coming up to the area again with a group! Thanks so much!!”

“Steven's property is in a quiet, idyllic setting. The unit was spotless and the king-size bed sooo comfortable. The kitchen was appointed with all we needed. There is a large TV and excellent internet access. We loved the contemporary farmhouse, artistic decor. We're so glad we found this jewel! Travel time to SPAC was an easy 20 minutes. ”

“OMG - this place is fantastic. An oasis of peace and quiet yet close to so many things - Albany Rep for theatre, 38 mins away, Saratoga - 38 min away, Bennington museums - 38 min away. Manchester VT - 38 min away. This house is so impeccably appointed and comfortable, you want for nothing. Add in the "see to the horizon" sight lines out your bedroom window and you know you are in heaven. You know the host cares for your comfort - she has even added a bit of magic to your stay”
