“This is the cleanest hotel I have been to in as long as I can remember. My room was spotless. Only two MINOR negatives were that there was no toilet paper in my bathroom, but there is no toilet paper holder either so I can see how that can be forgotten. “We stopped by here as a budget option. However I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the stay. The hotel was clean and well kept. You can tell it's taken care of. “We had a wonderful stay! The property is beautiful, nestled in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful lake across from the entrance. The property is beautiful and full of southern charm. The room we stayed in was the Captain’s Room which is nautical themed and featured a jacuzzi tub (I unfortunately didn’t get to test out the jacuzzi function though). It was adorably decorated and very cozy. Breakfast service in the morning takes place in the common area of the office. Everything was delicious……

“We had booked this property back in Oct 2023 for our March 2024 holiday in Florida , paying all the money up front in October 2023 through Hotels.com .We received a confirmation number from Hotels.com and no further correspondence . We expected something further even up to the day we left , flying from Canada but assumed(Incorrectly) that the owner would meet us at the property or would send us something. Upon arrival in Orlando and the drive to Sanford we found out that the unit had been rented……
