Feel comfortable Not just Only the big comfortable bed, perfect location, fresh and yummy food, but also the warm & helpful staffs and the express checkin checkout. Its perfect if provide the conditioner and body lotion at the cold and dry weather. We enjoy the time and will stay again. ”

“Got the family room it was massive. Was close to shopping and the gym. No safe in the room and no fridge and the AC was just ok. Besides that it was great! ”

“Hotel was lovely looking and the room was nice too. However, we paid a rate that was supposed to include breakfast. When we went down for breakfast we were told that the chef wasn’t in work that day so the only things available was panini or toasties out of the coffee room. The food looked like it had been there for ages and I paid for an actual breakfast. We weren’t told there was no chef until we went down for the meal. I feel we should have been charged less as at no point were we told that……

“A warm welcome with clear explanation on access. It’s not a manned reception so you’ll need the code. Lovely place and in the process of renovation which I knew before booking. Feels like you’re in the countryside but very close to Coventry, 10 mins to CBS Arena in taxi. Recommended. ”
