“Leandro was great ... Like the best ... I stay at the hotel regularly. They had a night cleark who misbehaved and did not let me sit at lounge at 02h00 ... I wanted to write ... Paying so much and not being able to use the lounge whenever one wants is ridiculous... The other night clerk is wonderful... “Poor service from night shift staff, morning team overall nice and helpful. Didn’t refill toilet paper, need to request twice. Requested one more pillow but end up need to wait next day (said full house and don’t have spare…..) “Walking distance from Paris East & Paris Nord station, but closer to Paris East. Room with window, small but still acceptable. Most of hotels in this area are small, so I'm ready to accept small room here. Bed is comfortable, but bathroom is narrow, not easy for me even I'm only 160cm height and standard shape. Staff are very friendly & gentle. The lift is small & slow, so if you are in a rush, be sure to reserve more time on waiting. ”

“The hotel is beautifully designed and centrally located—just steps away from a metro stop, which made getting around Paris incredibly easy.
