“The hotel actually has two sections on two sides of the bridge. We were expecting to be on the water side but was disappointed. The room only has a small window facing the back of the hotel. “Nice and easy to find this hotel with loads of parking spaces. The check in is so easy here, numberous tablets and a staff member on standby the help. I checked in late and this was no problem at all.
The room was lovely, really comfy bed with different firmness of pillow options. Spacious enough for a chair, a desk and a wardrobe. The lighting was great with many different options.
The bathroom had a bath and a powerful rainfall head shower and was also pretty spacious. The self serve breakfast……

“Stay in a working monastery! The buildings and extensive grounds are superb. The grounds and gardens are well tended, and make for an extremely pleasant stroll. The place oozes character and makes a memorable visit. All this on the outskirts of Huddersfield.
The rooms are basic but clean. Breakfast is only "continental", offering cereals, muesli, yoghurt, plenty of fresh bread for toast and lots of strong filter coffee. The staff are friendly and welcoming.”
