“Stayed before and so know the deal. Paid slightly more for a better room, which was lovely. Clean, spacious and comfortable with great views. Shower only warm which was disappointing. No bar, no breakfast but not bothered by lack of either. Friendly and effecient staff. Overall, value for money accommodation in heart of Lynton.”

“We had an amazing 2 night stay in Lynton and couldn’t have picked a better guesthouse . Drew and Penny are fantastic hosts and clearly care about keeping guests happy , they have a great knowledge of the local area and nothing was too much trouble The house interior looks fantastic and is a credit to their hard work renovating the property .
