“We cook more than we dine out, so the well-equipped, organized kitchen was greatly appreciated.Information provided by host regarding local activities etc is amazing. I've been visiting this area for many many years and found things on this list that I did not know existed!This was our second stay at Cottage with a View, and hopefully it won't be our last.”

“First, I have to say that all communications with Jonathan were excellent. No matter what question I had was immediately answered. The house was as described, very clean and had everything needed for a relaxed stay.Boating, don't expect to bring your own boat as the marsh is very shallow. There is a tandem kayak there but I brought my own kayak with us and it was great, spent a lot of time on the water.Overall it was a great relaxing trip but if you want a busy area with night life this is not……

“The condo was very clean and updated nicely, beds were very comfy. We stayed here just for one night while we visited friends and it met all our needs. Neighbors were quiet and we were all able to get a good night's sleep. The only slightly misleading thing was the beach access: I thought it was adjacent to the property, but it's actually across the road--there is a crossing with lights, however. We did not use the pool but it looked very inviting with lots of chairs and shade. Definitely would……

“Condo had everything we needed for a great week! Condo was clean and bed was comfortable. Plenty of pillows!!! Location is great. We’ve stay at Ocean Sands for the last 6 years and have never been disappointed in the facilities. Laundry room was clean and well kept. Excellent grounds keeping.”

“Our sweet host had our condo ready early. I messaged her to let her know it was our honeymoon and we had to leave where we got married at 11 and see if we could check in early. And she made it happen! ”

“We had the best time here! The house is beautiful and very up to date. We loved the seperate building with ping pong. The house was super clean and all the beds were comfortable. We are very thankful for the home owner allowing us to check in 2 hours earlier than expected since we arrived early. Thank you! We would definitely stay here again.”
