“A lovely place to stay. The room was clean and comfortable with heating, aircon AND fan! We only needed the fan. Shower was powerful and clean. The curtains were very good at keeping out the light. Service was very friendly and efficient. Food was delicious and good value. The only small issue was that the external lights remained on all through the night, from an eco friendliness point of view, could be improved. Well recommended stay. Delightful and pretty part of the world.”

“What I liked:The staff at the front desk were wonderful! Very helpful, kind and efficient. What I did NOT LIKE:It was thirty-nine steps to our room, #15, NO LIFT! My wife and I are both in our mid-sixties and this was VERY rough on us. ”

“Lovely room with king size bed and en suite bathroom with separate bath tub and shower cubicle. Great nights sleep. Had evening meal in the pub (paid extra )and breakfast (included) both meals excellent. Great taste and fantastic portions ”

“Great hotel with fantastic food and staff. Rooms was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Time between ordering food and it being served was a slight issue at breakfast (30 minutes seemed excessive for beans and poached eggs) but was just about worth the wait. Only one car charging station working wasn’t ideal either but will definitely be back. ”
