“酒店位于山上，条件还行服务合格但说不上非常好。也许是因为我们刚从La Fortuna最好的酒店过来，也许是因为前面关于这个酒店的评语都太好了把我的期望抬高了，毕竟这个酒店价格不是很高，只有La Fortuna的酒店一半价格，甚至连一半也不到。这样看就还是可以的，但是我还是坚持给四个星，因为我最不满意的是房间没有遮光窗帘，我天天五点多就被亮光叫醒，另外我不喜欢高枕头，所以觉得枕头太高，最后一天我只能枕浴巾。”

Tienen espacios muy agradables y senderos, y el restaurante la verdad fue de lo mejor que probamos en Monteverde. El personal del hotel sumamente amable, nos atendieron en recepción Ariana y Yerlin, y nos asesoraron sobre las actividades de tours disponibles y nos apoyaron en reservarlas. Teníamos algunas dudas y fueron muy amables en ayudarnos a resolverlas. Incluso me ayudó un buen rato para……

“Room and bed were comfy. Room has everything you need. It is fairly new. Suites are not near reception but they are in a quiet area.”

“Our six night-stay was delightful. The lodge is superb. Access to the Monteverde Cloud Forest Reserve is a 10-minute walk away. Our room was delightful with a grand view of valleys and mountains and tropical plants on the property. We ate breakfast and dinner at the lodge restuarant. Breakfast was outstanding, and the dinner menu was extensive. Every dinner was delicious and expertly prepared.”

“The treehouse home was one-of-a-kind, with panoramic views of the jungle canopy and a variety of visitors (toucans, parrots, etc.). An unforgettable experience!”

“The host Roy was so helpful and nice. The Family cabin was clean and had lots of beds. The standard cabin was smaller but nice as well. Do be aware that in some of the cabins the only bathroom is on the 2nd floor, up a steep stairs. This was fine for younger folks but was difficult for my older parents. We loved the grounds and trails, we saw so many birds, butterflies, and pretty flowers. It was a quite and safe area and a very good price.”

“The property manager, Lady, was so helpful. She helped arrange tours for us and gave us information about what to do. Finding the place was a little difficult, as Waze didnt map it out correctly (initially I used Mountain Faro Hotel as it was named in expedia) so i had to stop and google address and remap with a different name. I used Mountain Faro B&B and waze mapped icorrectly then. Also office was closed when we arrived at 7pm. I had to find contact info on expedia to reach owner. She……
