“Everything from check in time to check out was excellent. We visit Shreveport a couple of times a year and will be staying here. Excellent customer service, breakfast, clean rooms. ”

“Horrible. No remote for tv. No phone in room. Only one light in the whole room worked. Tub had someone else's hair all in it. Toilet wasn't clean. ”

“This was a very clean hotel. Every staff person we encountered was very, very friendly. It was an easy off and on the highway and was surrounded by great places to eat. We will definitely stay here again as we have friends in the area. ”

“Rooms clean thr foam thing in the window need to be replace they're dingie looking,sink need a different faucet head because water runs everywhere. Over all the room were comfortable, bed sleeps good. In a perfect area,you will feel safe,they do monitor their premises. Desk clerk were nice and friendly. Wifi wouldnt connect my table/phone. Continental breakfast need some meat/eggs Other than that breakfast great. I recommend this place when you're visiting bossier.”

“Great rooms”

“Was there for the weekend. Check in staff was great. Jay was the one who checked me in and he was so friendly and nice, let me know about the bar and grill what time it closes and about breakfast hours. He sing a song cause I was there for a concert. We had a running toilet and they had it fix less then 5 minutes after I reported it. Room was clean the hotel it self was clean inside and outside. All the staff was very nice when you saw them. This will be my stay whenever I'm in town.”
