“We stay in Luzern for 2 nights with sea view room, the room’s view is great and there’s the free coffee machine for us to grab a coffee and relax the whole afternoon. Me and my family enjoyed the room a lot. Be reminded that the room without air-conditioner, a stuffy room and a bit hot, need to use fan and open all window in case to let the wind come in. The welcome drink is great too, we enjoy much in the bar, a good memory in Luzern”

“Very well equipped apartment with parking facility in a nice town close to the lake. Located in a quiet area, this new buiding offers comfort and peace of mind. Had a small issue with an appliance during my stay, contacted customer service who was fast to react and find a solution for me. For people not confortable with remote help, this one works big time. “The staff of the hotel are too young and not experienced. The reception staff changes almost every other day. It is not good for the guests, who look for stability and home feelings. The cleaning staff are not experienced too and throw away my expensive and important tooth bracket when cleaning.”

“The hotel is old but the price is fair. The location is convenient for eveything. The restaurant Coop and the Lion Monument are just in walking distance. Bus No 1 and 19 are near the hotel which are just a few stops to Luzern train station or walk within 15 mins to the train station and Kapellbrücke. ”

“I paid Chf112.- they told me I will get a bunk bed room with sharing bathroom and toilet. I booked a double room with private bathroom. Finally I need to pay CHF210.- to change to a very small room with private bathroom but without any facilities!!!!!!! No air conditioning, no kitchen, no fridge.......”
