“It smelt amazing as we entered, everything was so clean and looked fresh, The manager was so friendly and offered lots of information about the hotel, and made you feel very welcome. The room was small but adequate and the bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was amazing and nothing was to much for them, we were booked into a different hotel for our 2nd night but would of loved to have stayed her for that night, they did offer to try sort out our other booking but I had already paid that company.……

“The best way to describe the Great Western is with the two words, quaint and quirky! The house is in the middle of a massive re-vamp, but that did not impinge on my stay, which was short, but long enough to form a very positive opinion. “The rooms were clean and well serviced. The bed was solid and comfy. The staff were very helpful. I saw people have had issues with the water pressure in the showers. I waited about twenty seconds for the pump to kick in and it was a great shower. Comments about the walls being thin. On the first night I had nightmare neighbours.
