“Staff were very good, we arrived quite late at night because of the train mishap. It was raining and cold, we were made welcome and shown to rooms until we were happy with the choice!, room was warm clean and tidy. Breakfast was great lunch was delicious. “All of the staff went above and beyond. The customer service was exceptional. The room was lovely and big and the beds very comfy. Was a little disappointed with the spa which is a bit tired and in need of refurbishment. Don’t book a treatment but the treatment rooms looked nice and relaxing ”

“Really great stay. Lovely even meal, great breakfast. Room was very clean and bed was comfy. I'd happily stay here again and bring my wife. Some slight attention needed maintenance wise but nothing I'd complain about, especially give the price. I'll definitely be back when in the area. Plenty of parking.”
