“gary was an excellent host.all in all a very nice place to stay, food super.a lovely spot and away from the town but only a short walk in..only down side to this property is that it is a fairly steep climb,so might not suit if you are infirm..”

“The hotel was lovely; the rooms were very well appointed and comfortable. It was very quiet and relaxing. The common rooms were very nice and welcoming. The staff was professional, gracious and friendly. We spent a lovely cocktail hour in the lounge and enjoyed delicious custom cocktails. Dinner and breakfast were first rate! Local foods, creatively prepared. We went for an afternoon hike along the canal, which was easy to access from the property. Highly recommend this property.”

The hotel is very near to Harlech Castle, just 3 minute walking distance, but it also means that the hotel situates on the hill as well... So it is better call hotel come to rail station to pick you up....

With the Hotel room only refurbished in October 24, they were well finished and furnished.
We ate in the restaurant with the menu offering a good variety of food and we we very happy with the quality of the food.
