But limited meal options, particularly for children at breakfast, and 3 nights of our stay were frustrating due to being "upgraded" to a room that we didn't book, which was much worse than what we had booked. The hotel eventually corrected this error, but it shouldn't have happened - we booked 9-10+ months early to avoid this sort of thing. “We had really bad experience during last night.when we really exhausted after walk all day at the park and back to the room around 8:00 pm, we couldn't enter the room because the card doesn’t work, and we have to go downstairs with all my bag looking for help. Luckily I found a nice staff who found a specialist opened the door for us and tell me there’ll be someone send a new card to me. So we wait at room thought we will get the card a couple of minutes then we could go to the pool to get some……
