“I took my grown daughters along with a few of their friends for a relaxing beach trip. We loved the quirky decor in the house, reflecting the owner’s affinity for Broadway musicals. There are plenty of books if you like to read, and games. We were greeted by Charlie upon arrival, and he is a charmer! We enjoyed getting to know him and his sweet friend Minette. He shared with us his memorial for his beloved wife, Rebecca. He has a bench for her on the beach, and sponsors a turtle nest in her……

“The house, the pool out back (morning wake-up), the back deck: all made for a comfortable place to call home. Kitchen, baths, furnishings all worked for us. 10 minute walk to the beach, 4 minutes to public tennis courts in the park. Nice size park to walk our dog. Good restaurants, food & drug stores 10 minutes away by car. This is a small nearly-island neighborhood of houses, mostly surrounded by water & docks, so it is quiet & seems far away from the traffic & congestion of Gulf Avenue. But……
