“I will never stay in this hotel again. It's terrible. The sink is broken. It's also dirty inside. There is a smell. In the morning, someone suddenly opened the door. It's scary.”

“This was our second stay at his property. Both times the desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean. They're in the process of updating so there are some issues with that but it's a good place to stay. Close to a lot of Denton life.”

“Great staff”

“First, I called the hotel shuttle to pick me up at the airport. I waited for an hour and no one showed up. Second, the keypad of the room phone was totally inoperative, I couldn’t use for dialling and even to the front desk. I complaint and the front desk staff told me no one would fix. Third, a number of guest brought the glass and beer to the pool side, and threw the glasses on the floor, debris and blood in the poolside area. Fourth, I reserved shuttle bus to the airport scheduled at 8:30am,……
