“We stayed in room 311 and it was very clean, open and inviting with a charming rustic feel. The area the house is in is very nice and walkable. There were other reviews that complained about loud ambient noise and we didn't notice anything out of the ordinary. We thought parking would be an issues since there isn't anywhere designated, but finding a spot close by wasn't an issue at all and the whole area felt safe enough to park comfortably. “My boyfriend and I are considering moving down to the Miami area and this was our first stop to scope out some of the neighborhoods. The apartment is less than 20 minutes from the airport and it’s really easy to navigate to and from. There is an amazing coffee shop just a 4 minute walk away. Maria was very prompt in her response time to any questions I had. Overall, great experience and stay!”

“Blankets were urinated had to wash them the mattresses was urinated. Took pictures and submitted to management never got a response. Some light bulbs out. Refrigerator kept freezing all the food even on the lowest setting. No smoking but people were smoking rit in front of entrance.”
